  • Saying Thank You Doesn't Seem Like Enough...

Three weeks and one day ago, we hopped on this incredible ride called the Top Four of the Intuit Small Business Big Game contest.

We knew it was going to be an exciting time, but nothing overwhelmed us more (in the best way possible) than the outpouring of support we received from our family, friends, customers, and complete and utter strangers. We wish we could name all of the people, businesses and animal organizations that campaigned on our behalf, but I fear we may leave someone out, which would be pawful.

So instead, we will just say this:

To everyone out there who voted, campaigned, put up signs, walked with us at the Raleigh Christmas parade and helped spread the word about Barley Labs...THANK YOU.

It doesn't quite feel like enough just to say it, so we will work tirelessly to honor your support by living up to the promises we made to you. We will continue to improve our products, create new ones that have the health benefits/features you want for your dog, support small businesses, and expand our support for animal rescue organizations both in our area and across the country.

You may never know just how much your kindness and encouragement carried us through the past three weeks. We are forever grateful to you for making this an amazing experience and for reminding us just how incredible the dog/beer loving community is. While we won't know the results for a little while (and may have to keep quiet about it even when we do find out), please know that no matter what the outcome, we will work to use this as a platform to bring Barley Labs dog treats to all our furry pals across the country and to shine a light on all the dogs looking for their fur-ever home.

Finally, to our friends at Intuit, Dairy Poop, GoldieBlox and Locally Laid Egg Company...

Thank you, Intuit, for this one-in-a-lifetime opportunity and for putting us among these three other phenomenal small businesses. We can't wait to meet you all in NYC.

    Woofs & Love,

    Theresa, Scott & Barley
