  • APS Dog of the Week - Mona

Looking for a shelter dog to adopt? If you're in the Triangle area, stop by the Animal Protection Society of Durham. They have so many dogs who are looking for a great home. Check out the stats on this week's APS of Durham featured dog:

Barley Labs Dog Treats - Mona  Barley Labs Dog Treats - Mona

    Name: Mona

    Breed/Gender: Jack Russell Terrier/Female

    Age: 3-4 years old

Personality: Affectionate, gentle and friendly little dog who LOVES to be in your lap. She’s very attentive and motivated (she loves food treats!), and does well with other dogs.

    APS Kennel: 38

Barley's thoughts: We seem to have a lot in common because Mona smiles just like me (which in my experience is a VERY handy tool for getting extra lovies, treats and play time), and she loves food and treats like me (drool). You should go visit her soon and throw that ball she clearly wants to fetch!

If you're interested in adopting Mona, contact doginfo@apsofdurham.org, or you can learn more about her and see a few adorable pictures at the Bull City Dogs blog.
